Ready.

Your PDF is processed in memory and discarded after the response. We do not store statements.

Text PDFs, parsed by layout

Stmt2Sheet reads the text layer and reconstructs the date, description, debit, credit and balance columns from their positions.

Review before export

You see every parsed row first. Fix the source or adjust the rows in Excel before you reconcile.

Five accounting formats

XLSX for review, CSV for imports, QBO for QuickBooks, Xero CSV for Xero, and Tally XML for Tally vouchers.

Statements in. Accounting rows out.

A bank statement PDF is a document. Your accounting workflow needs rows. Stmt2Sheet reads the statement's text layer, identifies the table, and returns one row per transaction with the columns your spreadsheet or ledger expects.

This is built for bookkeepers, accountants and small business owners who receive statements as PDFs and need a clean starting point — not a screenshot, and not a hand-typed copy.

What happens to the file

The PDF is sent to the conversion endpoint, parsed in memory, and returned as rows or a download. Stmt2Sheet does not write statements to storage. The trial uses a signed cookie that counts pages; it does not contain the statement.

Text PDFs and scans

Stmt2Sheet reads text-based PDFs — the statements you download from online banking, card portals and accounting exports. The exact digits come straight from the text layer, so there are no OCR misreads. Scans and phone photos are not supported; the converter tells you at once and no pages are counted.

The 5-page trial is free and does not require a card. Paid plans are monthly and page-based; checkout is handled by Dodo.

Questions

What PDFs can Stmt2Sheet read?

Text-based PDFs — the statements you download from online banking or a card portal. Scanned or photographed statements are not supported.

Does Stmt2Sheet store my statement?

No. The PDF is processed in memory and discarded after the response. The trial cookie stores a page count, not the statement.

Which exports are available?

XLSX, CSV, QBO (OFX), Xero CSV and Tally XML. The export uses the rows you reviewed.

How does the trial work?

The first 5 pages are included. A signed cookie tracks the page count; paid plans are monthly and page-based.

Can I edit the rows?

Yes. Download XLSX or CSV, then edit in Excel, Google Sheets or your accounting import screen.
